Job Summary
House Parents live in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to foster mentoring and personal development for pre-K through 12th-grade students. This role emphasizes diversity, personal growth, and teamwork and is ideal for individuals passionate about mentoring youth and making a lasting impact on students’ lives. Location: Woodbine, GA (on-campus housing for residents).
