Job Summary
House Parents needed to live in student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, helping with homework and activities, and collaborating with school staff to support mentoring youth and lasting student impact. Ideal candidates are passionate about youth development, teamwork, and diversity, and are dedicated to supporting students from pre-K through 12th grade. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning team and emphasizes mentorship and day-to-day care within a residential setting.
