Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for students, providing daily supervision, guidance, and emotional support. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities and events. Maintain a well-organized and clean home while administering basic health and safety procedures. Document student incidents and progress, and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and support staff regarding student needs and achievements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work.
