Job Summary
Live-in House Parents to provide safe, structured, nurturing homes for pre-K through 12th-grade students. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. The role emphasizes mentoring youth, fostering diversity, personal growth, and teamwork within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning team, with house parents living in student homes to create a supportive living and learning environment.
