Job Summary
House Parents live in student homes and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff as part of Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning team. This role emphasizes mentorship, student welfare, and ongoing support for students’ growth across pre-K through 12th grade. The position is based on-site in Corcoran, California.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with youth mentoring or residential caregiving preferred
- Ability to live on campus in student homes
- Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment for students
