Job Summary
House Parents at Milton Hershey School live in student homes within the campus community and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, assist with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to promote student well-being and development. The role emphasizes mentoring youth, professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to diversity and personal growth within a residential school setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience mentoring or supervising students/young people in an educational or residential setting (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and contribute to a safe, structured living environment
