Job Summary
Manage student homes on campus by creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports academic, social, and emotional development. Model positive behavior, provide daily supervision and guidance, and help students develop life skills such as responsibility, respect, and teamwork. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities, appointments, and events. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and support staff about student needs and achievements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
