Job Summary
House Parents live in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to mentor youth and contribute to a lasting, positive impact on students’ lives. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning team and emphasizes mentoring, teamwork, and a commitment to diversity and student development.
