House Parents live in student homes as part of Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning team, providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to mentor youth and contribute to a supportive campus community. This role emphasizes caregiving, youth mentorship, and partnership with educators to foster personal growth and a positive school experience for students from pre-K through 12th grade.
