House Parents join Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning team to live in student homes and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to promote mentoring and overall student well-being. This role emphasizes living-in responsibilities, fostering a supportive home atmosphere, and contributing to the students’ growth and success.
