Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for a diverse group of students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision, coordinate routines including meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities, and reinforce study habits alongside extracurricular participation. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, document incidents and progress, and communicate regularly with teachers and administrators about student needs. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to support academic, social, and emotional growth within an inclusive atmosphere. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work to make a meaningful impact on student lives.
