House Parents live in student homes and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to support mentoring youth and lasting impact on students’ lives. This role is part of Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning team and serves students from pre-K through 12th grade in a residential setting.
