Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for students, providing daily supervision, guidance, and emotional support to foster life skills like responsibility and teamwork. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities, appointments, and events while working closely with teachers and administrators. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Communicate regularly with school personnel about student needs and achievements to reinforce educational progress. This full-time residential role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
