Provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for students in residential homes while modeling positive behavior. Assist with homework, activities, and academic support, and collaborate with school staff to foster social and emotional growth. Live in student homes to support their daily routines and personal development. This role is ideal for those passionate about mentoring youth and making a lasting impact on students' lives within Milton Hershey School's Education, Training & E-Learning team.
