Job Summary
House Parents live on campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, helping with homework and activities, supervising and ensuring student safety, and collaborating with school staff to support mentoring and development. This role emphasizes mentorship, on-campus living, teamwork with Education, Training & E-Learning teams, and commitment to fostering a positive home-like atmosphere for pre-K through 12th-grade students.
