Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for diverse students on campus, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. Model positive behavior and strong character while providing daily supervision, guidance, and life skills training in responsibility, respect, and teamwork. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation for school activities, appointments, and events. Reinforce study habits, encourage extracurricular participation, and communicate regularly with teachers and administrators about student needs and achievements. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work and a commitment to making a meaningful, long-term impact on students' lives.
