House Parents live in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff as part of the Education, Training & E-Learning team to mentor youth and contribute to a positive residential experience for pre-K through 12th grade students.
