House Parents needed at Milton Hershey School to provide a safe, structured and nurturing environment in student homes, supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff as part of the Education, Training & E-Learning team. Ideal for individuals passionate about mentoring youth and making a lasting impact on students’ lives. Live-in housing is provided in Moorpark, CA as part of the residential program.
