Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment while modeling positive behavior and strong character for a diverse group of students. Provide daily supervision, guidance, and emotional support to help them develop life skills such as responsibility, respect, and teamwork. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities, appointments, and events. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to reinforce study habits and communicate regularly about student needs and achievements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
