Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th grade students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support for academic, social, and emotional development, including coordinating routines, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities. Reinforce study habits, encourage extracurricular participation, and communicate regularly with teachers and administrators regarding student needs. Maintain a clean home, administer health and safety procedures, document incidents and progress, and participate in ongoing training. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work and a commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
