House Parents

Live in student homes and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff. You'll mentor youth and make a lasting impact on students' lives within the Education, Training & E-Learning team at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free private residential institution for pre-K through 12th grade.
