Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for a diverse group of students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support for academic, social, and emotional development, helping students build life skills like responsibility, respect, and teamwork. Coordinate routines, meals, chores, recreation, transportation to school activities, and communication with teachers and administrators regarding student needs. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document incidents and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work and a commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
