House Parents

Live in student homes to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports academic, social, and emotional growth. Model positive behavior, assist with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning team at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free private residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade. The position emphasizes mentoring youth and fostering personal growth within a diverse, teamwork-oriented community.
