Job Summary
House Parents at Milton Hershey School provide a safe, structured, and nurturing living environment in student homes to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to promote student well-being and success. This on-campus, live-in role focuses on mentoring youth, fostering a caring community, and contributing to the holistic development of students across pre-K through 12th grade.
