House Parents

Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for a diverse group of students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision and guidance to support academic, social, and emotional development, and help students develop life skills such as responsibility, respect, and teamwork. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities, appointments, and events. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, document student incidents and progress, and communicate regularly with school personnel about student needs and achievements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
