House Parents

Manage student homes on campus by creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports academic, social, and emotional development. Coordinate daily routines, including meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities and appointments. Provide supervision and guidance while modeling positive behavior to help students develop life skills such as responsibility, respect, and teamwork. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and support staff regarding student needs and achievements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work and a commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
