Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th grade students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision, coordinate routines including meals, chores, recreation, and transportation, and reinforce study habits alongside academic and social development. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, document incidents and progress, and communicate regularly with teachers and administrators. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to support student well-being, emotional growth, and holistic development within an inclusive atmosphere.
