House Parents live in student homes and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to support mentees from pre-K through 12th grade at Milton Hershey School. The role emphasizes mentorship, daily supervision in residential settings, and teamwork with Education, Training & E-Learning colleagues to foster students’ growth and well-being.
