House Parents provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment in student homes for Milton Hershey School’s pre-K through 12th-grade students. Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, helping with homework and activities, mentoring youth, supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth, and collaborating with school staff to promote student welfare and a caring, family-like campus. The role involves living in student homes and contributing to a supportive residential community within the Education, Training & E-Learning team.
