Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for a diverse group of students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support for academic, social, and emotional development, helping students build life skills like responsibility, respect, and teamwork. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, transportation to school activities, and communication with teachers and administrators. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
