Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th graders by modeling positive behavior, providing daily supervision, and guiding students in developing life skills like responsibility and teamwork. Coordinate routines, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities while reinforcing study habits and communicating regularly with teachers and administrators about student progress. Maintain a well-organized home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document incidents and student development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work, ongoing training participation, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and empowered.
