House Parents

Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for a diverse group of students while modeling positive behavior and providing daily supervision. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities, appointments, and events. Reinforce study habits, encourage participation in extracurricular programs, and communicate regularly with school personnel about student needs and achievements. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
