House Parents live in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to foster student well-being and development. This role emphasizes mentoring youth, living on-campus, and contributing to a team-oriented residential community that values diversity and personal growth, with a focus on student welfare and campus life.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with youth mentoring or residential care preferred
