You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to support mentoring youth and making a lasting impact on students’ lives. The role emphasizes living in student homes, supervising daily routines, and contributing to a warm, inclusive residential environment as part of the Education, Training & E-Learning team at Milton Hershey School.
