Job Summary
House Parents live in student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to promote student welfare and campus life. This role focuses on mentoring youth, fostering diversity, teamwork, and personal growth while caring for pre-K through 12th‐grade students as part of the Education, Training & E-Learning team.
