House Parents live in student homes within Milton Hershey School and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth by modeling positive behavior, helping with homework and activities, and collaborating with school staff. Ideal candidates are passionate about mentoring youth, fostering a safe, structured environment, and contributing to a diverse, team-based residential program within a pre-K–12 setting.
Required Qualifications
