House Parents live in student homes on Milton Hershey School campus and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff. This role serves students from pre-K through 12th grade and aligns with the Education, Training & E-Learning team, reflecting the school’s values of diversity, personal growth, and teamwork.
