Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th graders by modeling positive behavior and providing daily supervision. Coordinate routines, meals, chores, and transportation while reinforcing study habits and encouraging extracurricular participation. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Communicate regularly with teachers and administrators regarding student needs and achievements. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work to support academic, social, and emotional development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
