Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th grade students by modeling positive behavior, providing daily supervision, and guiding life skills development. Coordinate routines, meals, chores, recreation, transportation, and homework time while working with teachers and administrators to reinforce study habits and support extracurricular participation. Maintain a clean home, administer health and safety procedures, document incidents and progress, and communicate regularly with school personnel about student needs. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to align with the school's culture of diversity and holistic support.
