Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th grade students, providing daily supervision, guidance, and emotional support. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation for school activities, appointments, and events. Model positive behavior to help students develop life skills such as responsibility, respect, and teamwork while reinforcing study habits and encouraging extracurricular participation. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to communicate regularly about student needs and achievements.
