House Parents

Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th grade students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision and guidance, coordinating routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities and events. Support academic progress by reinforcing study habits and communicating regularly with teachers and administrators about student needs and achievements. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to uphold the school's culture of diversity and holistic support. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts and a commitment to making a meaningful, long-term impact on student lives.
