Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for a diverse group of students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support for academic, social, and emotional development, helping students build life skills like responsibility, respect, and teamwork. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation for school activities, appointments, and events. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to reinforce study habits and communicate regularly about student needs. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work and ongoing training participation.
