House Parents live in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to foster mentoring relationships and student development. This role emphasizes dedication to mentoring youth, teamwork with the Education, Training & E-Learning team, and a commitment to the well-being and growth of pre-K through 12th-grade students.
