House Parents reside in student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to support student well-being and development. The role emphasizes mentoring youth, teamwork, diversity, and a dedication to making a lasting impact on students’ lives. This is a full-time, on-campus position rooted in student-centered education and community partnership.
