House Parents

Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th grade students, providing daily supervision, guidance, and emotional support. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation for school activities and events. Reinforce study habits, encourage extracurricular participation, and communicate regularly with teachers and administrators about student needs. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to model positive behavior and strong character. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work to make a meaningful, long-term impact on student lives.
