House Parents live on campus and join Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning team to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for students in a private residential school serving Pre-K–12. You will model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. The role emphasizes mentoring youth, fostering diversity, personal growth, and teamwork, and is ideal for individuals passionate about guiding students and making a lasting impact on their lives.
