House Parents

Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for a diverse group of students, providing daily supervision and guidance to support their academic, social, and emotional development. Coordinate routines, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation for school activities and appointments while reinforcing study habits and encouraging extracurricular participation. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to communicate regularly about student needs and achievements. This full-time residential role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work and a commitment to ongoing training and professional development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
