Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th grade students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision, guidance, and life skills training in responsibility, respect, and teamwork. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation for school activities, appointments, and events. Reinforce study habits, encourage extracurricular participation, and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and support staff regarding student needs and achievements. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
