Job Summary
Live-in House Parents needed at Milton Hershey School to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for students across pre-K through 12th grade. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. This role emphasizes mentoring youth and making a lasting impact on students’ lives through dedicated residential guidance and teamwork within the Education, Training & E-Learning team.
