House Parents live in student homes on Milton Hershey School’s campus and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to support diverse learners from pre-K through 12th grade.
